not to long to go christmas nearly there
time for happiness time for love and care
think about aged living on there own
at this time of year living all alone
all the homeless people with no where to go
sleeping in doorway in the rain and snow
miles away from home where they used to stay
christmas to the homeless seems so far away
say a little prayer to show them that you care
to the aged and homeless each and everywhere

Yeah it’s sad isn’t it .. so many people out there struggling with things and yeah Christmas doesn’t always take that away does it
But we can have a home but it might not always feel like home .. I know I feel that way sometimes , where I live

its a bad and good time season for some
especially aged and homeless
all we can do is think about them at this time of year
