Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, I don’t know if any of you all have noticed, but I apologize for not leaving a notice anyway. I will be gone for a while. I am not done writing poetry, and I have not given up. But I will be away for some time. I expect to return around 2028. Not sure if any of you guys will see this, but thank you for reading my poetry. Please do not worry, I will be okay! I look forward to returning!

Don’t give up they tell me
Isn’t it so easy to tell someone that?
Keep going, you can do this!
Can I really, how would you know?
Drowning in school work it seems
Drowning in family drama themes
Drowning in me and God’s dreams
Overachiever more like overthinker
I set my goals and they set me back
Eat me up just to throw them up
Can I never accept it all
Only let it all consume me
Though there's nothing left to consume.

Overwhelmed it is easy to throw in the towel and give up. Persistence is the best choice.
