Unseen Strenght

Nazomi_13

I don't wear my truth for the world.
A silent power, wild, unleashed.
For the heart that knows my name,
not for the eyes that want to claim me.
I'm not here to be faded, paraded, or put on display.
As a better half who cannot be bought or sold,
 I stand in the shadows, fearless and strong.
I don't need to hide in the peaceful places where love dwells;
 I am my.
I give and take, but only with grace;
I don't require anyone to understand where I stand.
I am a partner who remains stable throughout the night,
not a prize to be flaunted.
Not merely a part, but a genuine love,
a better half, where we both grow again.
