when life gets you down and seems such a mess
feel tired all the time causing you distress
feeling that world as gone and passed you bye
eyes they fill with tears as you begin to cry
everything around so empty so bare
feeling all alone like lifes no longer there
you can turn it round find a friend you know
tell them how your feeling let your feelings go
they will sit and listen advise you what to do
give the help you need they are there for you
you must help yourself to make life turn around
there within yourself answers can be found

Losing your significant other, not so long ago must make Christmas time a difficult time of year for you Jim. I imagine it must be a time when lots of memories flood back. Having friends who can support you and help you get through these days are essential. I hope you have those when you need them most. A sad poem. Thinking about you.
hi Cassie its hard but had family for christmas dinner
and grandkids played with them and the toys
my son and partner helped a lot. will keep marching on
let time do the healing take it day by day
hope you had a good christmas
and lots of mistletoe kisses
