One Day

Junes

Every time I tried to distance,
I found myself drawn closer.
Every time I tried not to fall,
I fell harder, deeper than before.

You are here because of those lies.
But one day, you'll see my true form
And when you do, you'll leave,
Shattering my heart like fragile glass.

A blue heart in waiting. Anticipating the final heartbreak. A sad poem. Love can be sad too. Thank you Junes.
