LEFT OUT

kashish

I stood stunned when someone asked
About my biggest nightmare
Was it the moment
When I thought that the god wasn't fair.
Taken aback to my past experience
Peeping through the windows of my fear
Was it the moment which suppressed and haunted me for years.
Surrounded by people, yet alone
Feeling ashamed of the identity that you own
The mind flooded with shattering thoughts
Sigmas of insecurity and inconvenience were brought.
Desperate to speak yet speechless
Wanted to express but ran out of words
All the efforts and even life seems a mess.
Meanwhile I was figuring it all out
My eyes rolled down the mirror
There resides my only source of smile-
Which taught me how to cope up
With all the sufferings of mine.
