another year ahead

another year looms a few days left to go
what it has in store we dont really know
will it be much better than the one before
or will be the same be bad again once more

we just never know what  the year will do
what changes will there be waiting there for you
will it bring you happiness make your dreams come true
or just stay the same bring you nothing new

we just have to wait for what lies ahead
hope it bring us good things.  not things we will dread
take it day  by day what ever comes along
face what evers there stand up and be strong

                      hi Cassie hope you ok and had a good christmas
                      lots of mistletoe kisses and presents
                      had family for christmas dinner
                      grandchildren brought me some presents
                      kept me busy all day hope new year is a good one for you
                      and your dreams come true we never know whats in store for us
                      as the song goes things can only get better we will wait see
