Odelia is a new character of mine. She’s a wonderful, fun loving woman! You’ll learn this in time. She’s a nurse in a busy city. Working long hours; including overtime. Bringing happiness to others; somehow brings her peace. Her patients tell her they love her. Odelia cares deeply for them too. They’ve considered her a blessing. One that’s warm and true. Odelia’s mom died about two years ago. The hardest part for Odelia? Letting go. She is so grateful to have taken care of her mom until the very end. It was during that time she became much closer to her. To gain a better understanding. Wisdom. Her Mom became her best friend. She was reminded of the times she was very hard on her Mother. The times she said hurtful things that could never be taking back; but her Mom had forgiven her. Their bond grew deeper as cancer took her life. Taking care of her Mom was her calling; her job she sacrificed. But she now is taking care of many who adore her. Whenever she’s in doubt, they’re all right there beside her. What is it that I have in store? Guess you’ll have to come back for more.

Your stories contain internal rhyme and near rhyme that make them flow giving more interest and appeal. Lovely
Thank you so much.
A touching tribute to a Mother and Daughters relationship but also to all those unsung heroes, who care for people every day. Really enjoyed the read
