I asked a politician a question: If all over the world people love their babies and children, why are we so prone to get into wars that can threaten their lives?
He said:
“Despite the universal love for children, wars happen because complex factors like political ambitions, economic disputes, ethnic tensions, historical grievances, and sometimes even misinformation can override the instinct to protect children, leading to decisions that result in conflict which directly threatens their lives and well-being; essentially, the people making these decisions may not be considering the human cost on a personal level, especially when it comes to the children caught in the crossfire.”
Instead of getting help for our suicidal ways, we begin to explain the mechanics of the Gun we’re about to blow our brains out with…. We are so advanced!

It is easier for them to make excuses rather than take any positive action, well expressed
I didn’t want the impact of my question, their answers and my conclusion to be lost to traditional poetic form, so I simply posed the question
That guy was babbling. Ignorance reigns supreme.
Great work!
