some people they have issues have them everyday
never getting better they wont go away
morning noon and night always in your head
keeping you awake when you go to bed
thinking that the world is always on your case
and the world outside you can no longer face
hoping maybe oneday you can turn it round
and peace within your mind now at last is found

Ruminating on issues is a big problem for most people. I always say if there is something you can do, do it right away, If not accept whatever comes. Good write Jim
