Wolf Moon

Wolf Moon

The pack hunts by the light of a full moon

Orchestrated movements follow a mystical tune

Like a choreographed dance the chase ensues

As methodically and relentlessly the predator pursues

It’s collaborative chaos that wears down the prey

Until in symphonic tragedy the life ebbs away

Satisfied appetites now howl in delight

Then gather beneath another full moon, tonight
