A living corpse

Koshish

Can I undo it?

For it seems I have been dead.

Dead within the happy smiles.

Dead from those painful cries.

Look what has been left of me.

A corpse without a smile.

Neither pain nor lies.

Why a corpse, you ask?

For my heart is not with me.

My smile taken by thee.

Walking in this living world

Asking to be freed

A odd corpse who remembers.

A corpse who crumbles.

A corpse who tries.

A corpse who lies.

A corpse who dreams

A corpse whose life trims

A corpse who feels

A corpse who kneels

Keels towards thee

Without a heart I plea

Yet what a odd corpse

who has teary eyes.
