Psychological features.

I had several, but only one was really good, deserved the TITLE.

1^st TL German-too confused in a multilingual team. He deserved compliments only because amazingly stunning- attractive body and face. 1,94, medium dark hair and dak blue eyes. Very well built up, muscled, yet confused. Nice and puzzled. 2004.

2^nd will be the last since it would be the best- 2005-2006.

3^rd Overall incompetent, narcissist to the extreme, flamboyant- Dutch. 2008

4rd and 5^th the woman German of Polish origin nice and gentle, Sandra, addicted to smiley and emoticons sending- supporting you in writing form-not formal email- stabbing people on their back once not present- false and gentle. The fifth Niko, stinking to the extreme, bad odours skin, to be kept far away both for the smell and the fake mask he wore all the time. German.

6^th Dumb- Dumb laughter to tragic company’s events and weeping to film watching. Terrible training- IT Ignorant-finger sucking while typing on the keyboard like a baby. Explaining his terrible disgrace of ever spending 2 children he had- wife included. British- bald with an undefinable face. Blue eyes. 2016-2018

7^th Never seen in person- very far away- India- doing his best to organize shifts- Satish- 2019-2021.At least he had the courage to declare the following more than once: ‘’I do not know’’. Talking the first months of hygiene as very important, we thought in the office- Hygiene in the tickets created as incidents. NO RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRAINING- Only to report abusive behaviour from the client- CC The Line Manager. Photo: never really seen it- described as extremely dark – eyes and hair- and dark brown skin.

8^th I would not call him the worst- but the most useless in many ways- Extroverted, - extremely talkative of his family and events nobody really cared about in the office. Following people everywhere and accusing them of lack of professionalism- Openly admitting his wonderful job period taking calls with no network connection of any kind- neither ethernet nor WIFI. Year 2019- I was not there.  Overweight- reddish- overall unattractive-overall useless. The writing form- no time to deeper develop skills- Irish.

The best TL I have ever had is German- Christian his first name- A good heart human being- half bald- light big blue eyes- Struggled very hard to make everybody happy in the shifts, trainings. Weeping more than once for his team members- I once ended up to emergency at the hospital December 2024- He came with flowers and chocolates to my room in company of other 2 members of the team. I had been hospitalized for 3 days for my left eye issue- during night shifts- contact lenses wearing. Very close to lose my left eye sight. 3 weeks paid sick leave. He welcomed me with a smile once back to the office. ‘’Try to do your best, no night shifts for now ‘’ He recognized my resilience and availability to replace several members with very short notice. Gossiping on his back a homosexuality of the man, since long term single-ignorance- I once seriously asked him: ‘’Christian, are you gay’’? Sorry for the question. ‘’No, I am straight, he said, do not make me laugh SI’’. He spoke English with the TEAM. Adjusting himself to a multicultural environment without imposing any Germanism- Indianism—or other ISM, or IRSH. NO BULLISM OF NAY KIND, ONLY GOOD EXAMPLE.
