Vintage
Nineteen sixty-four Thunderbird nearby
Coca-Cola in bottles and moon pies
The Marlboro man with his chiseled image
Harbingers of things that are vintage
Levi Garrett in the pocket of my Levi jeans
Leather jacket, collar up, like James Dean
Friday night lights Monday a scrimmage
The good old days have now gone vintage
Children’s children now play the game
It’s their time for finding a name
Sitting atop of the family lineage
Realizing that I, have now become vintage

An entertaining read, of days gone by that are now back on trend, where they always should of been, it was a great time, enjoyed the read
