I see this beautiful flower,
Growing each day with nature’s power.
I wonder, should I water it or preserve it with some cover?
Or let it shine and grow on its own, with rain as nature’s shower?
It looks more beautiful as I get closer,
Because no hypocrite human blood flows and glows in her.
I wish our lives were as beautiful and true as a flower,
Still living on the ground, beneath the illusion of a tower
A clever mind can’t always be kind,
They might cut you away if you are always trying.
Thankfully, the flower I see is not clever,
To live with us humans trying to be innocent, though we can’t be ever.
The next day, I see this beautiful flower
Getting dull, like accepting its fate with power.
Not a single thing can save the flower,
Even if we water it with a river or take it under a sunlight shower.
Wish we could accept our fate like a flower,
Glowing today,
Might not be tomorrow.

There is a recognition in this poem that all life is precious and that we may take a lesson form plants if we are humble enough to listen. A most lovely message.
Love it
Good for as long as it lasts, so we make the most of everything, life is short. 🙏🏻🕊
