When you stare my way, You set my heart aflame.
A vibration courses through my body, From the brief seconds your eyes lock with mine.
The feeling you gave that day, Unexpected and beyond words to explain.
You just gazed, unaware Of the impact it would have on me.
My heart and mind now battle, Searching for the reason behind your gaze.
I cannot grasp your thoughts, But I cannot dwell on them.
If it were nothing, I wouldn't feel this pain.
