Riordan’s First Day!

        Riosin begins to wonder if she made a big mistake! Riordan has been very critical of her way of handling business since he came back from lunch break. He’s found countless errors on how she’s been handling the accounting. Honestly she’s had just about enough of him. “Clearly Riosin you must’ve been under some pressure.” “Otherwise you would have picked up on all your errors.” Riosin bites her tongue but affirmly replies; “Riordan, I have had just about enough of your disrespectful way of talking to me; if you can’t show me the respect I deserve then leave!” Riordan can see that Riosin doesn’t handle constructive criticism very well. Maybe he has been a bit harsh but things are a mess; surely anyone can tell. “Look Riosin; I apologize if I’m out of line; but you hired me to do my job; and that is what I’m doing.” “Would you rather hire someone else who doesn’t know what they’re doing; or someone who doesn’t show up on time?” “If I were you I’d take what I’m showing you and do something about it rather than looking for a pitty party and asking for respect,” “A little constructive criticism never hurt anyone.” “Now do you want to see my plan? Or would you rather drown and continue running this business for fun?” Sounds like these two are off to a rocky start; will Riordan  be able to continue to lead? Well; that’s to be determined!
