Fourteen Reasons, One Answer

Dn

Ask me, for my ears are willing to bleed.
Why, of all people, did you choose just me?
Do you ever get the feeling near me?
The love in your eyes has left me in need.
To me, your voice is a heavenly sound.
Mock me with your laugh, and I will be true.
Blue skies, but your brown eyes I choose to see.
I plea, don't doubt, for you are that I need.
Your words lift me high, that in you, I fell.
Harmful habits I left when you said so.
You broke the chains that I could never break.
And you, are beyond grace I could dare take.
If love is measured, count my plea for you.
Fourteen reasons, but you're the answer here.

Truly the sound of one smitten.. time will tell the length and breadth and depth of this love, and by the looks of it, quite promising 🙏🏻🕊
