A pretty little lady was born
With four paws and a tail that wags
White fur coat, cute as can be
Love at first sight, my heart she stole
I said, “Hey there little lady

Big bag of Puppy Chow and toys galore

And Shelby you can be mine

The bond between dog and man exceeds the bond with other people. Dogs have first row seats in any heaven I would want to go to. A great set of lyrics to a poem or song.

What a cutie. Thirty three years gone and you dedicate this song to your beloved Shelby on what would have been her 44th birthday. She must have been really special. Our canine friends are so loyal and loving. I have Solo. She is an old lady now ( a blue staffie) but she sure loves me. A lovely song AP. We have very special bonds with our family pets.
