With Closed Eyes
I feel the gentle breeze caressing my skin.
I listen to the birds’ song—a playful symphony.
I shudder as the warm sun embraces my cold body.
I inhale the scent of the lush greenery around me.
Then, as I open my eyes, I am met with the gray reality

My senses were stirred and then I opened my eyes. Nicely conveyed nature poetry.
I like this, with eyes closed we can anything at all and all is beautiful, yet when we open them the reality is different, enjoyed the read.
