Paul Gerard Reed

 Imagine the unimaginable

Some say it's against the law

Sing the unsingable

It's never happened before;

Don't put a label on it

Don't try to blend it or mix

Don't put on a hat or a bonnet

Just let it do it's tricks;

It's not to gain applause

Don't want to give it a medal

It's not for the lion who roars

And it's wares you can't peddle;

It's just a grain of sand

It's a crawling locust

It don't really need a band

It''s not a protest;

Listen to it now

Hear the vinyl scratch

For the lowly or the highbrow

Just go and strike that match.
