Eternal Gaze

Bloomingdale

Through the heavens and the earth
My only gaze is you
I looked up to the skies and noticed a missing star
Then I turned and saw it in your smile
Your smile, a needle that mends the torn pieces of my heart
From your face I pray it never departs
