Handsome inamorato,
We could be kissing
On the lips or face,
That’s the only thing missing,
My caress on your neck’s nape.
Running hands through hair,
Lolling in the crook of your neck,
Placing your hands on your hips,
A comforting touch there.
Leave me emotionally entangled
As binding as bristly forestry,
Otherwise I’m physically mangled,
In heart and soul,
Each other’s priorities.
Caper with me,
I’ll pirouette
Underneath the misty moonlight,
The crystalline clouds
Watching our every movement yet.
A suit, I’ll twist your tie,
And you cannot tell a lie
Standing barefoot on dirt
When forgetting the tint, not the texture of
The hem and band of
My shirt and skirt.
Snuggling, cuddling in bed,
Bodies never spread,
My hands only focused on
The cupping of your head.
We’re settling down for the night
In sheets of fuzzy white,
Whispering, “You’re beautiful,”
“My princess,”
”My life.”
Warmth of you
Never leaves me forlorn,
Hugging me fondly
In the dawn before morn.
A wisp of fragrance
With scented salts springing in the air,
Reminiscing the clothing of
Berries, orchids, and vanilla
You unintentionally wear.
The reminder of you on me piles like dust,
It flows like a brook
And is mottled as a massif’s rust.
Handsome inamorato, please be near,
Definitely sweet nothings,
All that I hear,
Definitely sweet somethings,
All with the person by my ear.
