The Time Travellers Tragedy

I can travel through time
But I can only go forwards
I can't go back
No time to erase the mistakes
Of yesterday.

Living in the here and now
The years fly by
Nobody that I can go back and save
The time travellers tragedy
Everyone I know has died.

Another decade and a century
Has quickly passed
I feel like an immortal
Even though I know I'm gonna die
An just like that another year has gone by.

Milleniums come and then they go
But I still don't feel old
I don't why I'm still holding on
When the future is a place I don't belong
And just like that another year has gone by
As I go on travelling through time.
