my friend robin

jim56

i have a friend called robin he comes to visit me
he sits in my garden on my apple tree
sings his robin song in his robin way
it is very beauitiful melts my heart away

such a lovely song every note in key
singing loud and clear in perfect harmony
when his song has finished  flies into the sky
almost brings a tear  as i wave goodbye

Sweet poem Jim. Birds in the garden can bring so much joy. Sad when a favourite one leaves never to return. Hope your Sunday has been a good one. Very cold again today.
