Depression

Li Yanmey

Depression - is more than word.

It’s a monster inside your soul,

It’s voices inside your head

And they all the time pitiful howl.

Depression - is not the mainstream.

It’s an endless fear and pain,

It’s an attempt to live like others

But feeling just fucking dismay.

Depression - it’s trying no sink

In emotion and darkness night

Of existence and cruel people.

Depression - is always fight.

No one tells how to live this life,

No one coach doesn’t know The True.

Depression isn’t romantic thing,

Depression - it’s you alone going through.

Very true words, unless you have been there you will not understand the impact it has, well written

Unfortunately, not everyone understands that depression is not just a pretty word.

Depression is very solitary and in that aloneness a sense of helplessness. A heavy write
