Let the mind feel at ease,
Let the thought draft away,
Breathe in, breathe out,
Let the tension fade ,
Let the sad feelings be forgotten.
Dear self , don't carry the burden
of yesterday into your tomorrow,
Always search the little things that bring you joy ,
And find happiness in it.
Soak up the sun and let the warmth heal your heart,
Savor the taste of your favorite food and
Savor the moment that make you happy.
Cause the mind need ease.
Today is a new day leave the struggle behind,
And find the simple pleasure that make you glad to be alive.
Let the maker fight for our worries,
And let your hopes stay steed.
Find some good memories from today , that make you smile
So it would make the mind feel at ease,
Cause the mind has been scouring for peace,
Let nature decide for itself,
With every breath, find good in everything,
And soon you'll see your troubles fade into air.

A very positive and uplifting message to all, maybe if we took the advice things would not appear so bad, enjoyed the read
It is a proven fact that breaks make for a productive effort the question is how many and for how long balance the key. There is a deep sense of ease and relaxation in this poem and it feels good. Very nicely done
