Imperfection

Paul Gerard Reed

 Imperfection

Is just perfection in another form

Eccentricity just another way

Of expressing the norm

You believe

That I am not the same as you

Tell me all those lies

And make them all come true

Beauty to one

In the eye of the beholder

The weather not warm enough for some

While others want it colder

As the day begins

It's ending at the same time

Imperfection is beautiful

A verse that doesn't rhyme.
