Criminal
Like the world
Unnerved like many
Happy like few
What has this cruel world put you through
The lights had once shined so bright
Now it’s completely black
Gone
Cold and rested
Is it insane?
Nobody watched the color change
It’s freezing
Leaving nothing but a clingy coldness
Wondering who else feels it
Everything seems ok
But nothings alright
Fighting so hard for this life
Just to never feel alright
Time is change
No one to blame
Life’s hard
It’ll always change
Like the world is cold
You must be warm
You must hold on
It’s freezing outside
Turn the lights back on.
