Petals Of Creation's Ecstasy

nelzach94

Flowers are blooming out of proportion.

Roses and lilacs are blossoming over the walls and into the wine cellar.

They are creeping over balustrades and carpeting the balconies,

germinating inside porcelain tubs and creating floriated pools.

Woven tapestries have become kaleidoscopic beauties alien to reason.

Everything is made into a lush symphony of aroma and color.

I cannot get out of bed, I’ve become a garden of orchids,

Over my hands and feet are petals of creation’s ecstasy.

My mattress is now a flower bed and my veins are its soft soil.

This is the mystery of love. It wraps all of us in its ivy and flowers.

Let love clinch to you like banyan roots over an ancient temple.

Make love your breath, your taste, and your sight.

Cease from all that is not love and abide where the mind is still.
