Light disappears.
Shadows combine
in a magic fog
of illusions and dreams.
The world comes to life.
The black sky
is illuminated
by the million stars.
And the moon -
the Pale Queen
of the Universe -
shines bright
like a silver stone.
Nightlife is beautiful.
A feeling of freedom
and thoughts
about ages
that have passed
across time
as if a fast arrow;
romantic talks
with a stranger
on the bench
in the garden
of flowers’ smell.
Sometimes nightlife is sad,
and the heart beats slowly
to the beat of a melody
playing in the open window
on the sixth floor.
There are nights
full of horror and delusions,
every sound is a call
from the other side -
the side when fears come true
and rule the world.
But there is
another the Other side,
the land of mysteries
hiding from our eyes.
Just look at the sky,
and you will see
another world,
and we’re all
just part of that.
A little part
without any chance
to see the beautiful
landscape of space.
The Real Space
that’s covered
by the veil of reality.

Dualities not only in light and dark but in the good and bad of the night. A lovely write that opens up the night.
Thank you!
Love it. It captures the essence of the night.
Thank you!
