A Bird in Central Park

MarcWalk

Young Sparrow

Scans the Park Grass

Deciding which leaves

Are worth turning

Looking for the next move

In a world of opportunity

Have you been advised

Through the mysterious language of birds

To fly north or south

To find more space

or a more suitable habitat

Or are you just another fellow

Against all odds determining

Yes, determining all that's possible

In New York City

A poem that shouts out to the listener to make a decision and act. A very nice write in wording and flow.

Inviting us to be decisive and not be so hesitant, enjoyed the read

Glad you were able to write this in Central Park, and then find your way out - I got lost, but then I'm not a native.
I enjoyed your write very much as a mention of that park brings back vivid memories of two special weeks.
