MISSION

nephilim56

Time and space
Struggled over
Hard rocks
Shifting sands
Consciousness
Deep belief
Spanned
Grasping hands.

Half dream
Reality bends
In mission
Fabled gods
The screaming sky
The tightened lips
Pay homage
Time it slips.

Fastened tight
Each step taught
Accompanied
In deep thought
Titan anger
Voices disdain
The calmer waters
Speak refrain.

Maybe I have gone too far on this one but it seems a genesis, a beginning of the myth cycle using Greek myth in metaphor "Titan" and the time before this. It speaks of space and time in a battle and the biblical creation of heavens and earth and separation of land and water. Deeper still it talks to the inner self. A very deep write loved it and deserves a fave
