Stubbornness

Scarlette Patricia Howard

Alpha and Omega hear my cry

Listen to my prayers before I die

Forsake me not in my time of need

Forgive all my iniquities

Let not my sins of the past

Be remembered no more

Hide not thyself from thee

Father of all creation let me not wither away

Without your mercy and grace comforting me

Precious Saviour search me

Cleanse my thoughts and soul inside and out

Correct my wayward ways and spoil not thy rod

Today,  have mercy on me and change me

Use thy creative hands to carve me into the beautiful butterfly and lion I can be
