Your Mind

GenXer Sharon πŸ™πŸ€

Be careful what you feed your mind. It believes everything it hears. Please be kind. Throw away all your doubt. Learn what you’re made of; what life is about. Get all the facts before you believe. Your brain can sometimes deceive. Be attentive to what you listen to. Some music isn’t full of truth. Be mindful of who you spend time with; as your time is your most precious gift. Be slow in this thing called life; rushing away will come with a heavy price. Be wise in who you give your heart to. Be sure that he or she shares the same values. Get to the root of yourself and heal what pain you may find. Know that it’s worth it. It takes much time. Learn the whole truth about who you are. This includes the not so good parts. Be careful what you feed your mind. Don’t allow bad thoughts to creep inside.
