The Lighthouse that saved me

Kaelyn Jade

The lighthouse that saved me,

Wasn’t built of stone,

I wasn’t at sea,

I was just all alone.

The lighthouse that saved me,

Didn’t ask for anything back,

He is brighter than a lightbulb,

He calms the rocky sea.

The lighthouse that saved me,

Just wants me to feel loved,

Wants me to understand,

The magic that's working above.

The lighthouse that saved me,

His name is God, The holy spirit, The son,

He swept me off my feet and danced me around,

He gave me the world, as long as I try.

The lighthouse that saved me,

Never goes out.

We all need something greater to look to. A great poem about this. Well worded it gets its point across.
