The Lion

MKS

The mighty lion enters the arena door

And uncurls his claws with a forceful roar

Spectators and companions stand in awe

Never doubting the beasts unwavering maw

The lion stands proud in the face of the wind

His flowing mane hiding the sheep within.

I have heard of a wolf in sheep's clothing but a sheep in lion's clothing I have never heard. A great metaphor and the meaning is clear. Not everything is as it appears and the mightiest may be the lion of the wizard of Ozz. Well written and cleverly worded with good rhyme a fave
