Lost time

Maplespal

Lost time

Time has changed the points of view,
changed what we want in the future to do.
Grown is the knowledge gathered now known,
reflections are images we've been shown.
Time is fading bye without a clue,
recognize what it does to you.
Before the moment is too old,
too distracted to hear the story told.
Learn a lesson hard I know to be true,
it's hard when reflections lose their view.

What a marvelous reflection on things past and learned now neglected. A great insight. Very well written this poem encapsulates wisdom seldom thought of.
