Being accepted as you are and knowing he loves you anyway. Knowing you’re not perfect; that you’ll make mistakes. Not always being able to get it right. Trusting that she will help you find the light. It’s knowing when you’re at your worst your partner won’t bail. Leaning on each other ; even when you fail. Pushing one another to their fullest potential. Learning how to say I’m sorry; if not; it will be consequential. Making sure he has a man cave where he can escape. Even a good man needs his space. Trusting that when she needs time alone; her heart from you will never roam. It’s knowing in this ever changing world; you can count on your man; and you can count on your best girl.
