Not God

Bragee

If this world were mine….

I would make sure that any seed you planted would never grow.

I would have the harshest weather conditions follow you everywhere you go.

I would watch you get dressed every morning just to make sure the temperature didn’t align.

I’d get you caught at every red light anytime you’re running behind.

If this world were mine…..

I would keep you alive just to torture you.

I would keep recycling your worst days like Deja Vue.

I’d have you eat and eat but never get full,

and when you get big enough I’d drop you in  Spain to run from the bull.

Matter of fact,

I just might make you the bull since you’re always mad anyway,

but as a human I’d gift you a dog just so it could runaway.

Ooouuuuhhh if this world were mine!!!

All mine to own…

I’d make it to where every time you dance you break a different bone.

That’d make you sit down somewhere for sure.

Then I’d give you the most painful nonlethal disease that doesn’t have a cure.

Every time you go shopping I’d make all the workers clock out,

and if you try self checkout I’d take all the electricity out.

I wish this world were mine….

So I could give you 6 kids to abandon you like you did me,

6 more lives to dislike yours because 7 sounds more complete.

They wouldn’t hate you tho, because I don’t hate you either.

You just hurt me

And you’re lucky this world isn’t mine….

I am sure there are people who have felt like this being abandoned by their parents and have all those powerful feelings, and as you have ended this, if asked if they hated them they probably say know there just angry, interesting and thought provoking write, nicely expressed

A fun poem that expresses anger and revenge in a humorous manner. Love the rhyme and inventive methods of punishment very well done.
