The Law

Scarlette Patricia Howard

There are many man-made laws.

Some I choose to follow

Others, I believe, were devised for greed, but there's a law

That was created for all men to live in peace and harmony

It's written in plain sight for you and me to see

Yet we refuse to seek, search and read

Therefore, how can we apply, follow and believe

Many may disagree, while few may agree

Some may even mutter and respond

By uttering that this law was abolished long ago, but that's not at all so

There are scrolls, tablets, ancient scripts, emeralds and manuscripts

That proves Yah's law was not removed or abolished

The wicked men of this world would love you to believe so

After all, you know who is after your soul, for they desire to take control

Hence, the reason Why,

They tell you the Old Testament is only filled with tales

What a lie; they want you to close your heart and eye

I AM laws still exist and play a crucial part in our lives

Open up your eyes, our world is in turmoil

Because we have become like those in the days

Who have forsaken Yah and his laws.
