The souls of the departed,
An endless journey started,
Now the question arises,
What lies after the great beyond?
The souls are Jellyfish, No thoughts–just floating endlessly.
The different colors, representing each soul like geomancy.
A black void akin to limbo, A cold, and nightly window.
The souls are Jellyfish, lonely and cold,
Floating endlessly, with the share of a common goal,
Perhaps to be blessed by some higher power,
Once the pinnacle of vitality,
Now a reminder of the totality,
The void is shallow and empty, But it may also bring conformity.

An interesting and thought provoking write, very enjoyable read
Thank you very much. It brings me joy that you liked my poem even a little bit.
You are very welcome
A most interesting simile that leaves a shiver. I have seen jelly fish but never seen a soul. A most vivid image is left. Very nice
I agree with the title
