3 for thee

Maplespal

Intrigued

There are no reasons to sit and stare,
there is nothing I need about this to know.
Not even the fact that of it I'm aware,
but the view is tantalizing, it's a show.

Distanced is the skies changing hew,
painted by an artists soft brush.
A perfect background for this view,
getting home I am not in any rush.

Stopped I have sat and now I stare,
intrigued by the colors moving free.
This a total view together so rare,
I'm taking in all the movements I see.

The situation

While the winds blow the sun away,
and the tides take the moon a float.
The rains come and cloud the day,
bobbing around on a broken boat.

The smoke has cleared and damage is done,
the radios dead and the power is lost.
Clinging onto the rail and the flares gun,
with each wave survival gets tossed.

Ask me please

I will lay there beside you,
and forget about the worlds tricks.
Let my sight see your view,
clear away the stones and sticks.

I will lay quietly with you,
and listen to your crying words.
Let you say what you want to,
making sure you know you are heard.

I will lay head against the stone,
emulating the last image of you.
Coffined, buried, now just bones,
looking down on your graves view.

Ask me please to lay by your side,
ask me to quietly listen to your cry.
Asking this every day since you died,
ask me please, next to you to lie.

Although disjointed these three poems seem related. Very nice

Actually it wasn't until I posted them that I noticed that the last two could each be what the first is watching. And the second could be the prelude to the the thirds. But I can assure you, to me, they are not related. But, everyone else can view what they want to view.
