Blinded

Maplespal

Blinded

I've been blinded to the truth of things,
left alone to really think of things,
in the end still unseen are the things.
It's the darkness that the lies bring,
the loneliness, it's emptiness it brings,
alone with it nothing is what it brings.
I'm comparing the thing that brings,
to the things that bring the things.
I'm blinded.

Nicely penned this poem speaks of darkness and the spark of truth can light the way. Nicely done.
