I have memories of you, my gran,
the one who filled the space with laughter and grins,
Who filled the atmosphere with a delightful ambience
Amidst affection and love, I recall all the things you did for me.
for me accompanying generosity, honesty, and love.
Whose generosity knows no bounds, whose love and affections are never-ending.
You helped me when I desired it and helped me do what I love and be myself.
You are more valuable to me than you’d believe, more cherished than you think.
A love fashioned to last, a love created in warmth.
Gran has a magnificent and irreversible place in my life.
Still, to this day, as I journey and grow, you are the best gran more than you’d ever know.
