life is up and down theres  love and tragedy  
many things you hoped you would never see
lots of broken hearts.  break ups we must face
sometimes the world around us can be a cruel place

never ever know  as we live day by day
what the world will do what it will bring your way
so we carry on just go with the flow
deal with ups and down as they come and go

    The ups and downs down and up through out our life. We can steer though at times we can not steer these. The ship of life sails onwards! Board we must!
