Bruised Knees

Midnight Lasagna

A hollowed heart I bring in hand

my own accord, ne'er your demand.

But still I'm sat on knees long bruised

Forgive me lord my soul misused

But what's a god to chambered hearts

With veins long scarred walls torn apart

Dear lord I'm scared l'd rather die

Than kneel once more before my pride

We will all have our limits, some lower than others, nicely expressed and written

We all have our weakness' and some more than others, never the less I believe that we all do the best we can under the circumstances with the tools that we have to work with at that time. This belief allows me to hold no grudge against others or self. A well written poem with moving sentiment
