I dont have to tour Angkor

To know the dilapidated grandeur

Of a mighty dynasty unknown

by the world at large, overgrown

With wild life as  prohibition

As to the ins & outs of annihilation

A mini-version of Earth in oblivion

discovered accidentally by an alien

  

吴哥窟

 

我不必亲去游览吴哥窟

也能想见一个曾经辉煌的王朝

如今被自然的野蛮生长所湮灭

连同它的来龙去脉也难以钩沉

就像末日万年后的地球

偶然被外星人发现

Love is a waterfall

Little knowing where itd end

And what would befall

 

瀑布

 

爱情就是瀑布

纵身一跃,不知所终

不知是祸是福

    With the first I had the bizarre thought of how we that destroy nature are destroyed by its invasion of our past civilizations overtaken by the foliage. A great read. well done
