Midnight sky

Reynaldo Casison

Clear midnight sky

All is still

When all is chill

The maple breeze caresses

With Our love and the Moonlight

Velvet Clouds on hiatus

The Spring stars sparkle

With shy and sweet bliss

Even the rugged tears tenderly flow

Exquisite as rain

While the golden rose moon

Is serenely aglow

Like the lighthouse waves

She sings a waltz

To the exotic romance of you

And a poem is a flower and bouquet

Beyond the seasons and blue

That longs to Love

and Soothe you

Natural as a carefree Cabaret

The jazz flows sweet and gentle

With its honey

And

All is Lovingly still

While All is chill

Moonlit flowers sweetly strewn

Upon your garden veranda

And

WithIn

Your Sweet love

Kissed

with the Heavenly stars up above

All is honey golden and still

While all is sultry cool and chill

This piece is filled with imagery that foils around each stanza like a soft gentle breeze in flow of becoming, an enjoyable read!

Here a combination of incongruous words make for a indescribable feeling (sultry, cool) the mind stutters and so do emotions with this, A great ploy. (rugged tear that tenderly flow) It is these that cause those mental hesitations that are so delicious. Very nicely done
