Will o' the Wisp

Rose of Sharon

I stare at the light.

So stunning,

it burns my eyes

So beautiful,

I'm hypnotized

So bewitching,

it draws me in

Will o' the Wisp,

here we go again

sea of stars,

all across my vision

so much light,

is this heaven?

Closer and closer,

I cannot escape

Over and over,

this is my fate.

I go slower and slower,

But I'm......Too Late

Too late indeed. Wonderful write. And in relation to your poem and your note, so true how dangerous some beautiful things can be. Well done! 👏🌹
